Please note that most fabrics generally have not been treated to Crib 5 and therefore must be at least 75% natural fibres and then a schedule 3/crib 5 interliner is used (or have been FR treated)
Upholstery fabric is usually around 137-140 cm width which means for a double size and larger this is less than the headboard width so the fabric would need joined. This means that there would be two side seams that can be seen on the front of the headboard and fabric matched as closely as possibly to flow across
